The start process is good but it took a few weeks to get the offer & I wasn’t happy with £20 offered for a box of I phones, binoculars, coins, silver plate, lots of costume jewellery,I pads & a camera.The box was returned ok but the jewellery was put all together in a small plastic bag tangled up & some stones missing from a brooch.

Huge Cornish pasty plenty big enough to share, full to the brim & very tasty. Packaged really well & lovely valentine card with personal message included

My parcel arrived quite quickly but the box should have contained filler to stop my box of toiletries shaking around. The bow had come off the gift I bought& I just hope nothing inside has leaked or broken, I can’t undo the gift to find out.

Love sea salt style & can always see new items to buy or add to my wish list. My local Wimborne store is well laid out & attractively merchandised. The staff are always friendly & helpful. I find in general the quality of the clothes & accessories to be good. Designs & colour combinations are excellent .

On 2 different occasions I spoke with 2 gentlemen in customer services regarding an exchange & collection/ delivery. Both were pleasant & helpful and made sure all went smoothly . Good to be able to speak with a person !

The purpose of my visit was to exchange an oven glove which had failed at the seam. The young assistant at the 3 legged cross store was pleasant , very helpful and my exchange was fuss free. I also bought another one as a gift. The store was modern, tidy & well stocked, a pleasure to browse.

I bought the leafy jumper which was lovely when first worn, perfect size & nice warm jumper but although I followed the washing instructions, it shrunk badly and had so many bobbles all over, it was unwearable. I wrote to tell the company & was told to buy a bobble buster ! Very disappointed & will not shop with them again

The photo tile I ordered for a gift was perfect & delivered quickly & well packaged.

Very unusual and personal stories which my grandchildren love, I’ve just bought the “new sister” book for my 3 yr old Grandson to help him get excited about the new arrival and so he doesn’t feel left out, it’s a brilliant book , very good quality product. Great service too

Great service from this company. I couldn’t find the Pandora charm I wanted from source so I found it on jewel hut site for same price. So glad I did, their service was brilliant, arrived next day , well packaged and I’m very pleased , I will use jewel hut again most definitely .

Delivered on time by a polite driver at the expected time. I have marked down as there was a large hole in the box even though it clearly had big “fragile” stickers on it. I took photos of it in case product was damaged. Luckily the photographic company had protected the framed picture extremely well ! It was clearly not treated as a fragile parcel.

I ordered the beautiful hummingbird cushion , it was reduced a bit since I bought the last one which was a bonus. Fabric is very good thick quality , cushion a good size with the right amount of filling. Service good , I’m very pleased.

I always find the customer service with photo box extremely good, a quick response and friendly and helpful advice. I am not very tech minded and have had to seek answers to my problems on more than one occasion, the advisors have managed to solve my problems efficiently and in terms I can understand. I have been thrilled with the photo books I have created, and they are of excellent quality. I look out for offers, which make them more affordable. One thing I would like to see is more choices of backgrounds and embellishments as they are few , and have been the same for years....time for an update !
