Dirty/damaged box
I ordered a bracelet for a friend’s birthday, when it arrived it was chucked inside a dirty box. I emailed and attached photos of the item I received as it was not presentable as a gift. Jewel Hut apologised and sent a new box out but unfortunately it was too late, I had already sourced a new box and bag to give as a gift. I am unlikely to use this company in the future.
