Purchased a pair of earrings, second time on they have broken the post at the back just came off, very disappointing. When I purchased them the staff in the shop were lovely I would definitely give them 5 ***** very nice .

Fantastic customer service not only over the phone but in person. Lovely staff thanks to Sam the manager she was amazing and all the other staff in store that day. My experience with Beaverbrooks from start to finish has been amazing. Their staff at the Telford branch were so helpful couldn’t do enough for us the young lady that helped my wife with her purchase was so friendly and helpful couldn’t have asked for more I’m not 100% sure, but I think the lady I’m talking about was called Leticia or something similar and lad that altered the bracelet on my Tudor Black Bay Watch was also extremely helpful. Will definitely use again thank you Beaverbrooks for a great service
