I had a little query (not a complaint). My email was replied to very quickly. And because I didn't reply within a day, the amazing Viv, in Edinburgh, actually gave me a call. She was so nice and helpful. And, query was solved within minutes. Thank you Viv, you are great. And thank you, Octopus, for being that rare thing in today's climate. An honest, trustworthy company who have the customers front and centre of their everyday business.

Quality of product is very good and swiftness of delivery also.
However. I find the constant massaging of prices very irritating and unfair on loyal customers. Offers of 60% off etc are nothing more than 'click bait'. I order regularly and prices are different (usually more expensive) every time.

As a regular Richer Sounds customer this was another great purchasing experience. This time I was purchasing an LG OLED TV. I went for the 0% finance and the store manager 'Diego' took me through the whole process over the phone, with free next day delivery.
