Reasonable price, and call and collect service avoids wasted journeys.
Staffing in store was sparse, but as it wasn't busy, this was of no consequence. It might be, however, in the run-up to Christmas, for example.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Trying to find a human to discuss the problem was difficult and then when you did you were given a telephone number and again you either got cut off or disconnected saying that your call wasn’t relevant. Never ever again will I buy anything from Argos. Very frustrating and disappointing

The fact you have introduced an electronic check-in system made my collection experience much better.
Usually, you have to wait while customers are asking questions of staff which isn't really a problem but the new system is much more efficient and quicker.
