Smooth and easy to use without the hassle of printing labels

I purchased a lifetime subscription to Ivacy and about 3 years into my subscription, they tried to charge me again. I contacted their support and they replied straight away and sorted the issue. However recently I haven't been able to log in and tried to contact support again but have been totally ignored! Looks like I'll need to purchase a new subscription elsewhere!

There was an issue with my delivery address and a guy rang me to confirm my address. Any other company would have probably waited until I contacted them when my order hadn't turned up. Fair play and thank you! Also the same guy gave me a date on when it would be delivered, but it came a day early and 2 hours before my bike was due to have its MOT which meant that I could fit the item and get it MOT'd and saved me having to cancel it

Driver was friendly and actually delivered my parcel unlike drivers In the past that just turn up and drive away without getting out of the van

Driver pulled up outside my house and didn't even get out of his van and drove off! I then had to wait a further 2 days for my delivery which wasn't ideal as I have no safe place and had to take a day off work unpaid 😡

Only ordered yesterday and my order arrived today so I'm very impressed as it frequently doesn't arrive at and I have to chase it up or request a refund.
So fair play on this occasion.......thank you

Nice early delivery but my only gripe is that the box was damaged. Contents seem to be intact though

Ordered Friday at 15:58 and was expecting delivery on Monday as I didn't want to pay nearly £8 for a Saturday delivery but arrived Saturday anyway.

Absolute waste of time!
I wanted to pay in 1 and earnreward points but even though I chose this option I had to pay in 4 and lost out on any rewards.
Also I had £30 in rewards after referring people so tried to make a purchase with these rewards but payment went straight from my bank even though I chose the correct option.
I then noticed that I was able to pay in 1 again but still got no rewards!
Been on to support using their chat bot and they raised a ticket and was told it'll take a few days to sort out and they would get back to me. Still not heard anything from them a week later!
I won't be using this tripe again!

Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately my experience was let down by a lack of communication. I had a query regarding my purchase so emailed and sent messages via Facebook but didn't receive any replies.

Not at all impressed! Ordered a size 7 trainer but sent a size 10. Yes I can return them but it's very inconvenient and no apology from them. Now have to wait for them to recieve them back before I can get a refund and reorder! Really annoying!

Left at the neighbours as requested but didn't knock on the door. Just dumped and ran. Seen this on my CCTV
