Prompt reply but I asked for a refund within 2 hours of the order because you added additional charges and on looking at feedback I realised from other reports that the machine is not efficient and not was is claimed. I want to return it and get a refund asap . I and I have haad to wait for it to be delivered before you would allow a refund

Company make claims of what the cooler can do , now seen elsewhere that it doesnt. The price quoted is not the price you pay. They add on a warranty but dont tell you and postage is added without being declared. in all a very poor company. Tried to get a refund immediately not possible

The plastic which was replacement glazing for a greenhouse was well wrapped, delivered promptly. The sizes were spot on as you would expect and I was able to fit the replacements. Great service!
