Excellent customer service and kit delivered promptly. Looks good but as not built yet I can't comment further.

Although the original material I chose for curtains was no longer available Joanne was very helpful in informing me of alternatives and suggesting an appropriate lining. Delivery was as promised and communication was excellent throughout.

Driver didn't knock and the package was wet and muddy.

Terrible service. Delivery later than promised and when they did arrive refused to provide a 'top-up' but would only deliver the amount I had been asked to 'estimate' I needed. Then waited ages on the phone when I tried to pay them.

I am thoroughly annoyed by the whole booking process. I book a flight shown for a departure of 12.15. Less than 5 minutes after booking I get an email saying it's changed to 9.20 - this must have been known when I booked so why let me book a flight that doesn't exist? I get a phone call to tell me it's changed. I then get an email with the tickets showing the departure at 12.15 and another email telling me it's actually 9.20. Which time is correct? Which email do I believe? This is appalling customer service.

A good price and an easy process for returning the phone and getting the money paid into my bank account.

This is the first time I have used Castleberg Outdoors and would most definitely use them again. The walking boots I ordered arrived 48 hours after ordering them and were exactly as described. Excellent service!

Told to expect a parcel which didn't arrive. The tracking just said "there's been a problem". No indication when it might get delivered. As it happened, it was the next day but it would have been nice to know!

Having ordered a freezer, which was supposedly in stock, and selected the next day for delivery, on the morning of the delivery I received a text from the courier saying that delivery that day was not possible. When I went to select a new delivery date the only date that I was being offered was 14 days later.
I complained to Appliances Direct who apologised but did absolutely nothing else to help.
To make matters worse, I've been asked to complete this survey and still haven't got my freezer yet.
Do not use this company if you want to be sure of getting your goods quickly.

Jacksons Fencing have a good range of products at reasonable prices. Their products are made to last and their customer service is excellent. I have used them on more than one occasion despite living at the other end of the country to where they are based!

Excellent service from MyMemory. The item arrived the next working day and was exactly as described. I requested a formal invoice and that was emailed within the hour. I would certainly use MyMemory again.

Good product range at good prices. Disappointed at the 3 week delivery time if you wanted it free.

A massive selection of lights at good prices. The lights I ordered were said to be in stock but only 1 out of 2 types I ordered actually were. I was given a 2 week delivery time for the others. I heard nothing and chased them after 3 weeks and was told it would be a further 1 week. This part of the order was for 2 lights but only one arrived when promised and on further chasing I found that the other had been held back because it was damaged......great, but why not email me to tell me what was happening. A few emails to update me would have made all the difference.

Excellent service - would use again.
