£30 has just vanished from my physical card balance for no reason. And another £60 ive added hasn't shown up. Tried ringing, sending emails etc. No ones there. Seems like a complete scam.

Awful company, convinced its a scam.
6months ago I was gifed a digital love2shop voucher for my birthday, last month I tried to use the app, it doesn't work at all, keeps saying password no good, reset... new one doesn't work.. phoned them we both tried while on phone to resolve it, nothing. So they said email in a picture of the voucher and they would bank transfer them value over.. I did this, now theyre saying they need the origional receipt from my friend that bought the card, I said thats ridiculous, no one keeps receipts that long.. they said they would refund me anyway, now they've gone back on that saying they need the receipt .. this has been going on for weeks. Awful Awful company

DO NOT BUY. Worst cards ever. I was given a digital gift card. It took me three calls to add it to Apple wallet and now it is declined at every shop. AVOID.

Great product, very simple to use.

They take your money and tell you for days that there's 'technical issues' as to why you haven't got your gift card yet and no resolution offered either (not able to cancel order or give a refund)! I have contacted the company twice now and have been told that I haven't got my e-gift card because of technical issues, it's been over 1 week now there is no more information (I am having to contact for this information, no follow up given despite being told there would be) on when this 'technical issue' will be resolved or when I will be able to access the £250 I have spent on a gift card with them. They were happy to allow me to purchase the gift card, and straight after unable to download it. Really poor service and communication will not be using them again!

website goes round in circles. Expensive phone numbers. Automatic Answering: We're receiving a lot of phone calls at the moment.Over the last year, I've received two of their Love to Shop cards. One has run out, and the other is still available through 02/27. I have to scan something to find out what they're worth. I haven't got a scanner. There's nobody answering the phone, so I've come to the conclusion that this is just another one of those scams. Britain is riddled with scams and frauds. I suppose that's a way of paying off the UK national debt

Any updates on the e gift cards ? Still unable to use after saving all year. Are we able to get our order refunded?

Very Disappointing - I won an e-voucher through work incentive. Attempted to claim the reward twice, both times there was issues with claiming the e-vouchers online due to technical issues. Attempted to claim this again and have been informed that the voucher has now expired. The manager of the customer services has not attempted to help with this despite the technical issues.

Can not redeem vouchers -

I got a voucher from a purchase of services. This was a valid voucher and I used it at Love2Shop to get 2 digital gift cards. However the site love2shop sent to redeem the gift cards doesn’t work anymore and there is a lack of communication on when and if it ever will.

Avoid! First time I received a gift card which was more hassle than it was worth to use!

Loads of places I can use it online - APPARENTLY - but you can't just pop in the card number like normal, you have to exchange it for a Mastercard first! Oh but then that doesn't work as it doesn't cover the full cost of the item you are buying so you can't part pay like you can with a Gift Card, so then you have to buy a GIFTCARD for the brand you are buying from!!!

THEN it doesn't work instantly - so you have to wait 2 - 24 hours to buy your item and even then it's still not guaranteed to work!!!

Still waiting to buy the item I tried to buy half an hour ago!!!

Edit - Even though it is linked through Mastercard for the website, apparently you can't use it at Decathalon with the card type I have - why it is linked I don't know!

So instead I had to go to Sports Direct and had to wait an hour for their Gift Card to arrive - as they still don't accept Love2Shop Gift cards directly!

Limited Brands, Difficult to use - Not worth it!

My partner suggested we do the park monthly saver for a gift card to spend for Christmas. Exchanged part of this for two vouchers, the website has been down for over 5 days! I’ve asked for my code to be sent to me but had a generic email response saying they are having technical issues. Useless do not use!

Problems after problems with my purple digital card, never showed up on my exchanges for vouchers been ongoing since 8th October now cannot access e gift vouchers which is what they told me to use in the meantime which now makes my card useless as there isn’t many stores I use it in that you use the physical card asked for my money back told I need to call them which is just taking time out my day I don’t have; will never do park Christmas again

Terrible! Website has been down for over 24 hours so i cant redeem my voucher. No customer service available either. Absolutely terrible.

I have redeemed a code for an email gift voucher but the site had an error yesterday and now it's saying its blocked me. I have tried calling and via their chat but neither person can help me. What a total farce. I am out of pocket and nobody cares. Do not use this company.

UPDATE- SO THEY HAVE HAD A CYBER ATTACK. They haven't acknowledged this in my issue or told me this personally but are advising the businesses that send vouchers. Very poor service.

This company is absolutely ridiculous. This is kind of my last chance to communicate with them… I tried to chat to them, no chance; I tried to email them, no chance. Cards redeem never works, buying a different card with their card, never works…. I just hope that they do something if they read this because its totally disappointing! I bought and asda gift card with their love2shop card and when I open the new card only error messages.

Very quick and helpful response to my issue by Love2Shop after spending many hours on multiple online chats with the retailer who had failed to successfully refund payment to my gift cards after I had cancelled the order with them two months ago.

In a word, "terrible". When you try to exchange your voucher for an e-Gift Card, it is so difficult - why can't they make it easier, and why does it have to be such hard work? Their website focuses on getting people to make new purchases, not on exchanging the gift card they already have. If I could give no stars, I would :(

I was given a Love2shop card, unlike other cards this one cannot be exchanged for goods in a shop. I was told to activate the card, I tried to activate it on their website but did not succeed. It is so complicated to activate the card that I have given up. So someone bought a card and because I can't use it Love2shop keeps the money. It is like a scam. Don't buy a love2shop card, it seems you can't buy anything with this card, waste of money
