Google states you can use the vouchers at Icelands however you cannot went there today to spend and with a lot of palava and rudeness from staff I was told they do not accept them after scanning my shopping and me packing it! For the vouchers not to work..turns out one for all isn’t available at Icelands.

To view our most up to date list, please visit our website go to https://www.one4all.com/retailer.html. All retailers with a red arrow cursor beside them can accept your card online also. We recommend checking our website regularly, as participating retailers may change from time to time.
Misleading expiry date
On the back of the gift card it says valid thru 07/2026 leading you to believe that this is the expiry date. In the small print it says valid until 12 months after activation, which is 2 years prior! This is dome blatantly to mislead you and of course one 4 all have kept my £50 balance for nothing!

Balance expropriated by One4All 12 months after first use
I was given this card as a present. I used it once in the first twelve months, leaving £54 credit. When I came to check the balance, it was zero. I phoned the number on the card but received only an automated response and was then cut off. Via Trustpilot (thanks!) I found a customer service phone number that worked, and was eventually through to a most helpful individual who told me that One4All expropriates any remaining balance 12 months after first use. He then said he could provide a new card with the full balance and a 5 year validity, and this could be in electronic form. This has done much to assuage my extreme irritation with this company, and has encouraged me to rate them 3 star instead of 1, provided they now always offer a 5 year validity.

For the second time in six months
For the second time in six months, I've spent more than an hour & half trying to sort my birthday present out. I have now managed to transfer it to my Apple Pay account.
It is the most complicated way of doing things and spending a lot of time filling out security numbers et cetera et cetera.
I've now passed the message to my family not to use this site as it is so frustrating and it has spoiled my present completely as I got so frustrated.
50 years in business and a degree in computer science I couldn't fathom it out the whole site needs reconfiguring.
Don't bother to use this site there's plenty more that are easier to use and don't frustrate your friends and family
