First rate experience
Excellent service. The shoes were sent very quickly. Sadly they weren't quite right for me and I had to return them. Castleberg confirmed the refund in less than a day after receiving them back, a level of service that puts the big online retailer that I often use to shame. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Castleberg and really hope to use them again in future.

My hiking boots arrived very promptly and there was also an informative letter with suggestions on how to best check the fit of the boots at home and a phone number to call for any questions on the fit. I liked the personable approach.
