Expert advice, delivering on time, answering emails or calls – it’s important to us to get it right and make you delighted – it means (hopefully) you’ll come back again. Why are we different? Our staff because everyone who works for us has a passion for the outdoors, knows the gear inside out and is committed to doing their best for customers. Fantastic !

Fantastic !
Less than 48 hrs and my order arrived . Great product at a very good price . Regular updates regarding the delivery .
I will be using castleberg regularly for my outdoor necessities in the future .

Excellent Service.

Ordered a pair of Toppo hiking boots. Arrived promptly, but weren’t the right fit. Spoke to Castleberg Outdoors and spoke to a very friendly lady who without any fuss just asked me to return items for a refund. How nice to find a human at the end of the a mailing order. Refund made promptly to my account. A very good service. Thank you.
