Communication after the order was placed was great.
The tea tastes great, hot or cold.
I haven't noticed a difference yet with regards to bloating or increased energy levels but I've only just started taking it.

The lady listened and gave the advice I was hoping for which was really reassuring

My only criticism is this.
I wanted to purchase a high demand item which for months was unavailable. This ment having to visit the website multiple times to check if the item was available to order
It's a shame there isn't a function to pre-order when stock becomes available
