They have the most features and support every tax case. Webapp is the best I have seen on the German market, as it provides structured guidance with interactive tips. Seems to be the best option for anybody who prefers to submit unassisted filing. I have also used ProfiCheck for submitting objections to Finanzamt.

It would be great, if they added support for English. It's still only in German.

They offer competitive prices for many services listed in a very user-friendly app.

I'm using it to manage my mobile plan, internet contract, and insurances. Their plans for electricity are also compelling, so for the next contract I'll go with Check24.

Now I’m using their checking account as well (C24), with great conditions. It allows synchronization of active contracts directly with mobile banking.

They also offer submitting tax returns for free.

It's free, with many features and great conditions. This is the best option for mobile bank in Germany, and I can recommend everyone to give it a try. The nice thing is that it's syncing contracts with Check24, and that gives an easy overview of recurring costs.

The only downside is that they don't support English yet, but at least customer support is willing to speak English.

In Berlin kann man überall Fahrräder finden. Es gibt jetzt auch viele Plätze, wo man sie abstellen kann.

Aber manchmal ist es nicht einfach, ein Fahrrad zu finden. Es kann bis zu 30 Meter von der Position entfernt sein, die auf der Karte angezeigt wird, und das macht es schwierig, es zu sehen.

Ihre MeinVodafone App ist ziemlich nutzlos, man muss sich mehrere Passwörter merken. Es gibt ein Internet-Passwort und ein Kunden-Passwort, die unterschiedlich sind. Dann ist es schwierig, das Kunden-Passwort neu zu setzen.
Sie haben es schwieriger gemacht, sich anzumelden und zu registrieren(!)

Das Internet von Vodafone ist langsam und unstabil.

Die telefonische Kundenbetreuung ist auch nicht die beste, manchmal gibt es lange Wartezeiten. Der Mitarbeiter des Kundensupports versucht, Ihnen zusätzliche Dienstleistungen zu verkaufen, anstatt Ihnen zu helfen. Letztendlich müssen Sie die Filiale also oft besuchen.

Niemals Vodafone wählen, auch wenn es billiger ist als die Alternative.

Bringmeister hatte früher eine bessere Auswahl und war auch eine benutzerfreundlichere App. Es wird noch einige Zeit dauern, bis Knuspr diese verlorene Servicequalität wieder erreicht hat.

Knuspr verwendet viele zusätzliche Papiertüten, das ist oft nicht optimal.

I've started using Bolt regularly in Prague and Berlin. Prices are affordable and there are always enough drivers nearby.

I'm a loyal user for years, and I hosted many guests over time. Nevertheless, the app is now only usable with subscription and I believe there should still be free membership. It's a community-based project, so at least the people who contributed their efforts by organizing events or hosting shouldn't be forced to pay. I understand it's important to monetize the project and cover your costs, so it’s fine to have some premium membership. But who helped Couchsurfing become what it is, and suddenly have to pay, this is just disappointing.
