Integration of ÖBB Railjet is missing, which is often most affordable option for some routes.

1) It’s almost impossible to write a review for politically exposed places and organizations.

2) There should be a way how to verify account in the EU, to give reviews more credibility. Now all Google accounts are unverified, while many people wouldn’t mind to use real identity.

1. Seems that they care more about companies not receiving criticism, rather than letting users express disappointments. Trustpilot should not let companies take down reviews so easily. Or there should be a way to prove that I’m a customer already while posting the review.

2. Sorting 'Most relevant' reviews is pretty random, but verified and upvoted reviews should be considered as more relevant. Right now verified and upvoted are not given any extra weight.
