I had very positive experience with Dermanostic. Treatment was very efficient and quick. I will return to app for any dermatology problem specially when you can't get appointment with any dermatologist and fast treatment is necessary. Really happy

Very fast and good service, the doctors provide good diagnostic and advice

I am pretty happy with the app- the speed of response and support that I have is very satisfying.

They use Chat GPT to give you answers. There is no point in paying for this service. Go to a real doctor or simply ask Chat GPT.

I asked the doctor to prescribe me medication for androgenic alopecia, i already know that i have that and i even told them the name of the meds, i only needed a precription. A few hours later a get a report saying that i have alopecia and that i need to go see a doctor to get the medication. They literally just stole my 28 euros to tell me things i already know, or at worse, i could just get from ChatGPT. They also do not accept public health insurance, so i basically lost money for a google article. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Accurate diagnosis with almost no waiting.. then I was provided with e-prescription right away.

Not usually one to write reviews, but I'll make an exception for this app.

I live in the Netherlands and have been on the waitlist to get a GP forever. Woke up one morning with a horrible-looking, painful infection on my chin. I knew I needed some sort of antibiotic—but no GP, no dermatologist referral, no prescription, no meds.

I found this app in the evening. I sent a couple of photos, answered a few questions. By morning, I had my diagnostic and treatment plan. They were going to send my prescription via airmail, but this would take 3-5 business days (not the best news for my chin).

So, I found a pharmacy that would accept a PDF prescription and asked Dermanostic's medical team to email it to the pharmacy. They were so quick! Within an hour, I had my meds.

With dermanostic I was not only able to save annoying waiting time, but I was also helped better with an acute skin disease during a flare-up than with my "normal dermatologist", who had apparently prescribed me the wrong therapy. In my case, dermanostic is even funded by my employer, so I didn't have to pay for the treatment myself. Even if it would have been worth it!

I sent in 3 pictures of the area of my head behind my right ear. Nevertheless, the “doctor” made a diagnosis for a part of the ear that wasn’t even visible in any of the photos. So it’s either a scam or the “doctor” was drunk when she made the diagnosis.
By the way, I got an email from Trustpilot saying that dermanostic wanted more information about me, such as an email (so that dermanostic could send me threatening emails, I assume). If I didn't send such information, my review would be taken down. I guess that's one way to make it look like you have only 5-star ratings – just get TrustPilot to remove the truthful ratings!

Correct diagnose, fast response time. Due to this, I was able to have an emergency appointment at my dermatologist, who made the necessary procedure immediately. I’m so thankful for this app, real life saver.

so i had a bad condition where small area on my oberarm was peeling the skin, it was small and only one spot, i have booked an appointment by local dermatology by it takes couple months, so i used this app and it was the worst mistake, i submitted pics and answerd all questions and i got diagnosed with sth i forgot, any way they gave me a cream and a lotion to cure/heal the spot i have, but it made it 10x worse, pain and itching all day with 4 spots instead of 1, when i told them that, they told me to submitt a new case and never said anything about giving me something that they shouldnt, i closed the app and uninstalled it, after couple months i got to my local dermatology and he gave me cream that healed and brought everything to normal.

i dont know if they are lazy or unqualified but this was worst experince i had with them (please note that my experince was with Dr. Anik Hostert, i cant find any info about him on the website, i have nothing against the others)

if u have something that isnt serious i think its great way to ask instead of going to doctor but for anything else i dont recommend

being there in-person is different then the pictures u send

I’m absolutely impressed with this App!
I came across this while watching a bunch of skincare routines and products fit for my skin concern on youtube (prevention basis). I’m living in Germany and getting an appointment to a dermatologist takes ages that’s why i had to improvise and take matters into my own hands and rely with OTC creams in hopes that it will work per youtube Dermatologist recommendation 😅. To start with i’ve always thought that i have Dry skin because my skin appears dull and dry especially on the winter so i’ve order bunch of products, be it KBeauty, Paula’s Choice, and other Tiktok or youtube Viral for Dry skin and ended up having breakouts.
I was a bit hesitant on trying the App but what more could i loose when i already spent money on products that just wasn’t right for my skin in the first place.
I downloaded the app, fill up the questionnaire and uploaded photos of my skin while i was at work thinking it might take days before i receive a reply as it was already 20:30. (doctors are surely offline at this time of hour) but to my surprise i had my case result 30 minutes later.. and it was a 6 pages pdf file plus prescription.
It was absolutely amazing 💯.
The doctor told me i had combination skin, which was new to me (no wonder the products didn’t work because it wasn’t addressing to what my skin actually needed. The Dermatologist was on point on my diagnosis, she explained what my skin needs, treatment wise.
what products to use and even wrote me a prescription cream. And it was all done in less than an hour.

Responded so fast after my initial contact! Gave me a diagnosis and prescribed me with treatment which was ready to pick up next day from my pharmacy.
