Process is super easy to understand and provide is transparent from the very first onboarding page. It might be not the cheapest option for sure, but I would say one that delivers fair tax return. In my case I could increase tax return in an official way by adding kids expenses which I didn’t know are covered.

It was an amazing experience
It was an amazing experience. I was assigned to some tax advisor who basically took care of everything for me. The application is awesome it informed me about every step. I got like 723 back but had to pay like 200 as a fee but that’s okay.

Still waiting for English version
Unfortunately, English is still not supported. Otherwise I would have submitted with Zasta, as their processing fees had best price/quality ratio.
Zasta should finally add English, many expats living in Germany would appreciate that.

Amazing
I have used Zasta for 3 years, and everytime things go smoothly without problems. You get notified about important things during the process. The Zasta app is relatively easy to use. For all the years I did my tax refunds, the amount I paid to Zasta is fair for the work they do.
I highly recommend.
