Really bad customer service experience
Really bad customer service experience. I bought a car with two major pre-existing defects broken shock absorbers and underbody rust flagged by TÜV and booked an inspection at their partner workshop as instructed. The workshop confirmed they sent the repair report over days ago, but Autohero claims they never received it while completely ghosting my emails and phone calls. With my 21-day return window expiring today and zero support or accountability from their team, I am forced to return the vehicle. Do not buy from them if you expect functional after-sales support.
