I bought my vehicle from Autohero…
I bought my vehicle from Autohero expecting a reliable used car and reasonable after-sales support.
Unfortunately, I experienced a serious brake caliper issue that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. The initial handling of my warranty claim was disappointing, especially regarding the requirement for prior approval while dealing with a safety-critical issue.
However, after further communication, Autohero reviewed my case again and offered a compensation, which I have now received.
I appreciate that Autohero ultimately listened and resolved the matter. The initial experience was not fruitfull, but the final outcome was fair.

The buying process was very smooth and am very happy with the customer support who were ready to assist and answer all my questions regarding the purchase. It was really easy to get to talk to a customer care representative which is quite rare these days and being an English speaking customer, I never had any issues with my purchase.
I just have one issue that Autohero doesn’t perform the cosmetic repairs like any other big dealerships. While they are very transparent about the small scratches and cosmetic damages on their website and I know what I am buying, it just feels a bit odd that other dealerships take care of it and Autohero doesn’t. Also the provision of battery health certificate for a hybrid car is not given and it’s on me to get it checked afterwards. While the car looks to be in great health, I still would have to get it checked for my peace of mind.
However, I’m sure I can recommend people for their purchase next time from Autohero

Mazda 3 from Autohero
I bought a Mazda 3 from Autohero. Ordering, verification, and collection were very easy and straightforward. During the collection of the car, we checked the car thoroughly. all the scratches except a small one which was under the bumper were documented. I guess they have missed it because they didnot lift the car. After buying, I drove the car for 1 week and didnot find any issues with the engine, gear or suspension. I also did a complete ADAC gebraucht wagen test which showed the car was in good condition. After that, I have decided to keep the car.
Observation: Cars description from the Autoheros page were in order.
Suggestion: They can improve the collection experience. The employee can show around the car a little bit other than just giving the key and ask you to do or even find the car on the parking lot yourself
