Very bad bank - do not open account if You care for Your money
Very bad bank ! It is easy to open account, but when You get some money transferred there (like i did after car sales), they will block and delete Your account. Hold the money, give no information - so You just lose everything that You have on that account with minutes and nobody is taking any responsibility or sharing information. Until today I have no knowledge or answer where my funds are for about 4 weeks now and the sum is not small.

The worst banking experience ever
The worst banking experience ever
I tried opening a bank account with C24. Provided all the data, went through all the procedures (including a video ID confirmation), only for them to reject me at the end. No reasons, no explanations. Nothing. It seems that data protection doesn't allow them to provide me information about my data - what a joke. Maybe it's because I am not German - we all know how it works in this country for foreigners.
Definitely the worst bank I have ever experienced.

Pointless card
Pointless card, I tried many times to withdraw cash outside of Europe, set all possible settings for it to work and dozens of tries later I still couldn't withdraw. I got this card for the sole purpose or main purpose of withdrawing money abroad and it doesn't do its job. Utterly useless for me now, I discontinued it.

I had 307 Euro in this bank
I had 307 Euro in this bank. Suddenly without informing me the account has closed. Still 8 months have passed, I didn't get my refund from the bank.Really 100% scamming bank. I don't recommend anyone to be a customer of this bank.

C24 blocked my account within a few…
C24 blocked my account within a few days and quit the business relationship, after I CONTACTED THEM to find a solution for me living outside of Germany/EU. They nastily did not allow me a grace period to open a new bank account. They did not care at all, as if I was criminal. And my account was always in best standing!
