The mattresses were firm and good quality. We bought 2 single mattresses and satisfied with usage.

My mattress arrived 28 days late after the original shipment was unexpectedly returned, with conflicting explanations and a lot of time wasted contacting both the seller and couriers.
I was then charged £80.07 in customs fees, despite having asked beforehand whether I would be responsible for any customs charges and never receiving a proper answer. They eventually reimbursed this, but only after repeated chasing. At one point they even claimed the refund had been sent despite never having received my bank details.
After all of this, I asked for a reasonable goodwill gesture or compensation for the handling of the order. Their response was essentially that they could not see why any compensation was justified and that, as far as they were concerned, the matter was closed.
No meaningful apology, no acknowledgement of how badly the order had been handled, and no response to my final message.
The delivery problems were frustrating. The customer service afterwards was far worse. I would not order from them again.

I ordered a Bodyguard Weich on August 25 with an estimated delivery of September 2. By September 1, the status was still "Offen" with no tracking number, and nothing shipped. Over the next several days I sent multiple emails asking for a shipping update. Each response was a copy-paste variation of "your order has been prioritized and you will receive tracking shortly." I spoke with four different agents, none of whom could confirm whether the mattress had actually shipped or give a concrete delivery date.

Only after repeated follow-ups did they reveal there were internal delays due to inventory and system changes, information they could have shared on day one instead of stringing me along with "in Kürze" for a week while I was sleeping on the floor in a new apartment.

On September 3, I submitted a formal Widerruf (cancellation) through their contact form and received confirmation of receipt. Despite this, bett1 shipped the mattress anyway on September 7. The carrier then left it in my building's Hausflur on September 8 without ringing the bell or obtaining a signature, giving me no opportunity to refuse delivery. I am concerned about getting my money back in a timely manner given my experience with their customer service.

Update: mattress was received at their warehouse on 12.9 and I still have not received a refund.

A really quick service. Easy to unpack and a good product. I am happy with my mattress.

perfect quality, the delivery was tricky since on the first try the package wasn't delivered. But from there on service was as desired.

They promise you that you can return their products and get your money back-but make it impossible to return…
