Avoid. Blocked order, and terrible customer service.
I placed an order on 22.03.2025 and paid immediately via bank transfer. Despite the payment being confirmed by my bank, the order remains marked as "open" and has not been processed. I initially chose this seller because they provided an estimated delivery date of 31.03.2025, but there have been no meaningful updates since.
I've tried contacting customer support multiple times — I was hung up on for not speaking German, and on two separate occasions I was told I’d receive a shipping code the next day, which never happened. The order is still blocked, and I’m now forced to buy a mattress locally just to avoid sleeping on the floor.
This entire experience has been unnecessarily complicated, disappointing and unprofessional. I would avoid this company.

Their system asked me like 3 times to give a Feedback.. I didnt want to give a bad review but it is just anoying to get all those emails. The product was nothing for us. Impossible to sleep with those pillows, very expensive, not effective. Money is back, hope you will develop better products.

Strong recommendation
The mattresses after a friend recommended them and I'm more pleased with it now than I would've thought. They are very comfortable, neither too firm nor too soft and then you also have the option to flip them if the firmness isn't appropriate for your back. So I can only recommend them. The purchase and delivery process with Bett1 was also straightforward and quick.

I recommend airing out the mattress further. Simply opening the bedroom window multiple times or placing the mattress on a balcony, in a workspace, or another well-ventilated area should help. Additionally, I suggest removing and washing the HyBreeze functional cover. You can unzip it and wash it at up to 60°C. If you notice a "mattress sock" around the core, feel free to remove it—it is only part of the production process.
All our mattresses are freshly manufactured, which may cause a slight initial odor. However, this typically fades over time. We take great care to minimize any scent by allowing our QX foam to air out extensively before shipping. Please rest assured that the odor is harmless—our BODYGUARD mattress has been tested for harmful substances and certified by OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Category I for baby products.

When I unbox the mattress
When I unbox the mattress, there was a strong chemical smell that didn't go away for weeks. I tried airing it out but it still lingered. It made sleeping on it unpleasant and i wouldn't recommend it to anyone sensitive to odors.

Horrible shipping
We first ordered the mattress through Amazon.de and it never arrived. Then we ordered directly though the company in Berlin and it took almost three weeks for it to arrive! We had to delay moving into our new apartment because of the delay. We love the mattress, but your shipping was horrible!!

The mattress is amazing. One of the best I ever used. However, the winter bedding set is a nightmare, lint all over the apartments for days. Even affected my breathing. Had to throw it away.

I have bought a mattrace on september
I have bought a mattrace on september. I was supposed to have it in 4-5 days. I was calling and waiting for 1 month without having the mattrace still. Every phone call I did was with full respect and patience. It is end of Januray right now and yet nobody told me anything but “sie mussen warten”. This all waiting for my money 837 CHF, with all the frustration I can not be calm anymore. Eventually if you get angry during a phone call with customer service, that denies to listen to what you are trying to explain them, they will call you right after from a personal phone number and tell you that they want to sue you. From september untill now I didnt do anything wrong, yet I don’t have my money nor any information. I believe this is great company with great service but for me, this is terrible experience, because I really did nothing wrong. I didn’t get the product, no information, no email, no nothing and now I have to fight for my life to get that money back. Terrible first experience. For 100% I will never every buy anything here again.
