I ordered verbena bonariensis plants in 2 litre pots. The website was very clear and easy to navigate. The plants arrived promptly, were well packaged and in good condition (a couple of broken stems, but to be fair they are very fragile). Best of all, when I planted them in my border, I noticed the very healthy root systems they had all grown in their pots, which has led to them getting established very easily. They have all grown considerably since planting and all look very healthy, which demonstrates the quality of these plants. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

I ordered a laptop charging cable on Friday evening and received an email confirmation straight away. A tracking, warranty and troubleshooting guide email was received Tuesday. The charging cable arrived Thursday morning. It is exactly as ordered and charges my laptop super quick. Thank you!

I had never been to Rawlings before, but decided to give them a go. The day I popped in to the Chandler's Ford branch explaining the issues I had with my hearing, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They booked me an appointment for that afternoon for a check-up. The gentleman I then saw was excellent and very quickly identified compacted wax, provided an olive oil spray and re-booked me for the following week for microsuction. On returning, Jeanette was superb, demonstrated and explained how the equipment worked, then set about successfully removing the wax so professionally I hardly felt a thing. The resultant difference in my hearing was instant and incredible. I feel so much better for it and wish I had gone to Rawlings much sooner. Excellent all round service - highly recommended.

Having been targetted by scammers and following attempted identity fraud, I registered with TransUnion and requested additional protection on my credit report. Consumer Services rep Nandi was excellent and set up a Notice of Correction (NOC) for me. Thank you Nandi for sorting this so quickly and giving me peace of mind.

B&Q flout the T&Cs of the Club Card. I've been registered as a Club Card holder for years, have spent £100's online and in-store over that time and always added my Club Card number with every purchase. Yet I've received no money-off coupons in all that time. I complained weeks ago both by email and their website. I've chased them several times. Initially they said their Club Card team were looking into it, but refused to give any timescales, now B&Q are just ignoring my messages. What a total scam. The Club Card is a total waste of time.

Update 25.7.25: yet another week has passed & I'm still being ignored by B&Q. They clearly don't care about their customers and knowingly continue to tout a Club Card that they know is a scam and doesn't work. Having complained numerous times throughout July about this, I've found out today no-one at B&Q has even registered my complaints. Shocking behaviour from this company - B&Q do not have a complaints process in place.

I spent hours googling different businesses to find someone to trust to convert my old camcorder mini discs to DVD/memory stick. It's a heart in the mouth moment sending off your cherished memories in the post. The Trustpilot reviews were excellent - all bar a handful were 5 stars. On checking, the handful of other ones were all 4 stars and on reading the related comments, I couldn't see why they weren't 5 stars too. I was right to trust UpdateVHS. Jason was prompt, in regular contact and highly professional throughout. He emailed to confirm safe receipt of my discs the day they arrived and provided timescales to complete everything. He emailed again to confirm all discs were recoverable and provided three package options (I hadn't 'finalized' all the discs, which he offered to do for me at a small extra price, which was excellent). All prices were confirmed upfront. Jason then offered various ways to pay and confirmed as soon as everything had been sent back to me, which I received the next day. The quality of the DVDs and their presentation box is outstanding. I strongly recommend UpdateVHS for their regular contact, professionalism and price. Superb experience all round, a real pleasure to deal with. We are now searching all our cupboards and drawers for any other old discs/tapes we may have lying around, and will definitely use UpdateVHS again.

Ordered 9 6mx90mm HDPE pipes. Good communication received throughout, pipes arrived on time and the friendly delivery guy helped me put them in my back garden. Pipes all good quality, as stated. Received follow up email from Shane checking they had arrived and that all was ok. Excellent service all round!

Excellent service all round. Twice the speed of our previous Virgin Media fibre broadband and much, much cheaper, with no price increase until July 2026. The One Touch Switch service was managed perfectly by toob, we didn't need to speak to Virgin at all. Installation of the new fibre cable and boxes was great - really friendly and helpful installers who completed the job exactly as agreed, quickly and hassle free, clearly explaining the set up process. We were up and running really quickly. Left it nearly a month before writing this review to check reliability and pleased to say no issues whatsoever. Communications with toob have been excellent throughout the whole process, from start to finish - very clear and professional, a fantastic experience after so many frustrations with Virgin Media's lack of customer care. Website is clear, simple and user friendly. Couldn't be happier - thanks for really looking after your customers. Highly recommend switching to toob!

Mark Broad was excellent, providing quality employment law advice. This was required at short notice and with pace. Mark was very quick to reply to every contact, at times at unsociable hours, whilst always remaining thorough in his responses. Importantly, he frames legal aspects in a very friendly and down to earth way, which enabled swift decisions and resolution. Mark is professional, clearly very experienced, and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is definitely a company to avoid. They have shockingly poor security, leaving their customers' accounts wide open to hacking and fraud, then just accuse their own customers when their security is breached, rather than fix their security. I don't know any other company that does absolutely nothing about fraud, then is so quick to simply blame their own customers because it's cheaper for them to do this than tighten their security procedures. Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of this company.

Update 4.10.24: There is no point in cutting and pasting your standard fake reply to this post, pretending publicly that you care and want to help. This hypocrisy is transparent. We have wasted hours of our time trying to talk sense to you on the phone, via emails and on your chat service. Your complaints procedures are non-existent and you falsely accuse us of fraud, rather than accept your security procedures are inept and admit that you let our details be hacked, which you are responsible for keeping secure. No wonder you are making a profit - you are allowing fraudsters and hackers to steal from your customers and you do nothing to prevent this - in our case, nearly £100. You make customers fight you through their bank to get stolen money back from you, when you refuse to refund and instead accuse your customers of the fraud. You are an uncaring, incompetent and immoral company. You have nearly 6,000 one star reviews on Trustpilot. No wonder.

Dan and Josh in particular, but also the rest of the team at Mobility+ and Maisie and the team at Healthcare Delivery Direct, have all been highly professional and dealt with a frustrating communication issue on my side extremely well, with grace and understanding. Dan and Josh both listened to my issue and took real control of things to make sure everything was fixed swiftly. I'm humbled and hugely grateful. Service has been superb, the riser/recliner armchair was delivered today exactly when said by a very friendly delivery guy, who called ahead to confirm he was on his way, put the chair together and spent the time to demonstrate how to use it and let my 89 year old dad try it out before he left, taking all the packaging with him. The armchair is excellent and very good quality. Thank you so much!
