Excellent store in Eastleigh. Everything easy to find, well laid out. Good range in stock. Quickly picked up an ideal sleeping bag. Tried on and also bought some walking shoes. Very relaxed, good music in store. Both Chantelle & Zac very friendly and professional, offered assistance and when I declined, left me in peace so I could take my time to pick the sleeping bag and shoes I wanted. Both were 50% off, which was amazing. All round, really easy, hassle free, enjoyable visit. Thank you Chantelle & Zac! Will come again. Highly recommend.

Our annual boiler service was arranged very easily over the phone. Our boiler was serviced quickly with no issues whilst we were working from home. The engineer reminded me to provide our user guide for him to document confirmation of the service for our records, in support of the warranty. Professional and hassle free. Excellent.

Marcin did a lovely job of fixing a long scratch on my car, explained all the different colours & metallic finishes needed to combine together & get the right match. Produced a lovely finish & no sign of any scratch now. Would recommend & use again.

I was kept fully updated as to when my visit would be, what was needed & what would happen. Eric, my technician, turned up at the agreed time, changed my tyre in the pouring rain, but kept cheerful & friendly. The service was excellent & I would certainly use it again & recommend to others.
