So far I have found Adrian Flux such an easy and helpful company to deal with. Talking to real people you help you deal with your enquiry with no fuss.

Polite and friendly customer service people with excellent knowledge of the queries presented to them.

I called to pay for renewal, as there appears to be a slight blip with making an online payment. I literally got through to a human straight away, paid for renewal and the call lasted only a few minutes, if that. Very polite and knowledgeable member of staff dealing with my query. Ten out of ten.

I already have a car insured with you and wanted to add a 30 year old motorhome as do little mileage in any vehicle. My BMW 645ci only cost £398 per year and was quoted to add the motorhome ion it would be another £2000 ???????
Ridiculous. So I went elsewhere and got it for £410.
I’d rather have stayed with you as I have for years.

Like other reviewers I got hit with a hefty cancellation fee, after having had Hannah in sales confirm a couple of times the fee for home insurance cancellation (we were selling our house but needed insurance meanwhile) would be £25 plus £37.50 plus pro rata usage providing no claims were made. We were in fact also charged 26% of the total premium on top of this! Plus the agent I spoke with when I cancelled, Shannon, was extremely rude. Avoid these like the plague!
Edit - since I wrote this review, I received a call from Adrian Flux complaints team who have agreed to refund the 26% charge and address the staff issue.

The insurance advisor was very helpful and made the whole process straightforward.
The cost of the policy was very reasonable and was exactly what I was looking for.
Excellent service,I can highly recommend Adrian Flux.

I’ve used Adrian Flux multiple times over the years for instructor insurance but when I spoke to them to change my address they charged me £35 administration fee! I wasn’t charged by my personal car insurance company but They felt the need to extort the £35 for literally 2 minutes on the phone, the excuse was they had to re issue all the documents with the new address…I printed all my documents myself as I will the new documents!! I will not use them again it’s daylight robbery!

I filled in my details on their website for campervan insurance. I received an email with a quote for £386 and a message stating to contact them by telephone for a more tailored quote and better price. I did that and 45 minutes later having given them more personal information that I was comfortable with, the quote I was then given rose to £490. What a waste of time and false promises. Don’t even bother.

Customer service is great and not pushing you to accept the quote. The price was cheaper than renewal price from existing insurance.
