Everything i asked for was delivered & care taken with delivery.

Only ordered 1 roof vent and adapter.
Delivery cost £32.50
Arrived 3 days late.
Box that arrived was battered, packaging of roof vent was damaged.
Vent adapter was missing.
Still no adapter sent out!

Ordered two VELUX blackout blinds listed on this site as 78cm x 140cm. What arrived has rails measuring under 129cm, an 11cm shortfall. That is not a tolerance variation, it is a different size to the one advertised.
Neither blind was fitted or used. One was never opened.
Under section 11 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must match their description, and under section 20 the cost of return falls on the trader where they don't. Despite this, I have been told I will be charged for the return.
Customer service has been slow throughout. The returns process has not been explained, no timeline for a refund has been given, and no one has yet addressed the 11cm discrepancy itself, only the charge for sending back an item I was never correctly sold.
I am still waiting for a resolution.

I am still waiting for my refund. The ordered Velux flashing kit was never delivered, I called you twice last week. You promised "to investigate the issue" and so far nothing happened. I was forced to order the same kit from another store to be able to continue with the ongoing roofing works in my house. The worst experience with online ordering sofar. I will wait a couple of days to see if there is any reaction from your side, otherwise I will taking my complain to the next level and (as IT professional) make sure the online world get informed about this experience.

Bought 26 timbers 6x2 and majority were poor quality and warped. Completely useless company and told me I will get refund and instead weeks later had to make use of the wood by making offcuts and sanding down the warped sections. Pathetic service and company, avoid like the plague

I ordered an item for overnight delivery 13 days ago to finish a roof - £38 delivery and still no sign of the product. New build project is waiting on it to finish the roof. Would suggest avoiding this company where possible.

We ordered coping stones for a project with an agreed delivery date of **08/07/2026**, and we planned the entire job around that date. Today is **15/07/2026**, and we still haven't received the order.

I called to ask when the delivery would be made, but they couldn't give me a clear answer. I was left on hold for around 15 minutes while they "checked," only to be told that I would receive an email shortly confirming the delivery date.

The only email I actually received was asking me to leave a review.

Poor communication, missed delivery dates, and no updates have caused unnecessary delays to our project. If you can't meet your promised delivery dates, at least keep your customers informed. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I received a delivery date of 1st July. I received an email on 30 June to say order dispatched. I took a day off work to be at home to receive order on 1st July. By 3pm when no order had arrived I rang to see what was happening.
Two calls made and the second person said they couldn’t hear me properly. I received an email from one of the customer care team about 4pm that said my order had no delivery date yet!!!!
So I wasn’t very happy at all. So I asked that my order be cancelled.
On Friday 3rd July my order arrived in the morning luckily my husband was at home to receive it.
So poor communication and my order could very easily have been undelivered.
