Used them a couple of times now and once again an excellent service, once again materials were delivered next day and at a very good price.
Cannot fault them.

Maybe I am unlucky after reading the reviews regarding the fast response from encounter and there quick response to any queries.
I sent a a question in the 1st November and didn't receive a reply sent the same message on the 17th November I didn't get a reply till 30th November asking if I still wanted any help with my question which I found strange as I had asked twice,I responded with yes .
It's the 3rd of December guess what still no answer to my question, so now thinking of packing this rubbish up and looking elsewhere as obviously there so called excellent quick response to any help that is needed doesn't work in my case.
Hear we go ,expected an answer after reading this, nothing,awful company to deal with

After eleven years with linea directa with my house insurance and not having any complaints,I got my renewal letter and thought it was quite high,so got a quote off my bank,was happy with there quote I decided to not renew with linea directa,speaking to the lady over the phone and getting the hard sell to stay and yes a new lower quote off them but not beating the quote off my bank,I told her not to renew,While still talking to her,she just put the phone down mid sentence.
So two stars for bad manners.

We are all quick to complain in a revue and i am no exception.
After sending my revue originally MyHeritage were quick to respond to it.
They quickly sorted the problem out to my satisfaction and I would like to say a big thank you to Alexander for sorting the problem.

Sent my DNA kit back over two months ago and I am still waiting for my results,have tried emailing them three times heard nothing
Total waste of money,would not use these again.

First time using sonic Direct and have to say how impressed both my wife and I are with the service given.
From the moment we ordered our freezer to delivery,which I have to say was delivered within 24 hrs.
We were kept informed all the way with emails and phone calls regarding delivery.
On the day of delivery both drivers,Kasan and Sansdeep were both respectful and cheerful.
I would recommend Sonic Direct to anyone reading this,if they are thinking of buying any electrical appliances{forgot to say they were slightly cheaper than others we looked at}.
Would we use again ,MOST CERTAINLY.
They even disposed of the old freezer we had.
