Simple process to apply. 2 loans per year which I'm happy with. 14.day waiting period but for a small.fee.you can access your loan early which was great. Happy with process so far.

You can't improve utter rubbish. Called to find out where missing part of order was only to be kept ringing for 20 mins.Answered and didn't speak...just put phone down .Could hear staff laughing and having a carry on. Phone then went dead and was left off hook. Vile tbh

Just signed up. I thought I would be able to top up with Paypoint but it's not an option. I tried the bank transfer but when it asked what country and I pressed you all I got was they aren't doing international transfers right now???I get paid per shift and never carry cash. Been using pockit but fees are expensive and I lose £3 every time I pay money in. Its convenient as I can top up with paypoint.Dont think Monese will work for me but will give it a go

Absolute garbage. Boots were wrong size and plastic rubbish.Couldnt even get my foot in them they are so badly made. £30 for something that is not even worth a fiver. Now in the bin which is the only fit place for this utter crap

I love using Zilch. It has allowed me to get things for my home without having to save up. I always keep on top of my payments and quite a few times I have paid off early. This then helps you build your credit limit up.I would recommend to anyone

Ordered and paid whole amount for a cooker installation delivery and removal of old one for my daughter Driver came in house and pulled them on to landing to say rudely they weren't going to deliver till they "tidied up their gaff' !!! They are in middle of decorating and this was appallingly unacceptable by a driver. They drove off with cooker not even unloaded!! Apparently delivery drivers are sub contracted and speak to people like a piece of rubbish. Sickening and disgusting attitude

Have dealt with the company for a few years now .Service is excellent and have no complaints there. However since upgrading the account log in it has been a nightmare. I cant expand to see all payments made . Please change it back to the way it was ...was sooo much easier to navigate

Big plus is that interest rates are really reasonable too! You choose how much you need and how long to pay it back and your agent can even be there the same day qith your money. Decided to stick with Samsung as have had them for years. Was unsure of which model to go for as I have always had the S series.Decided to go with the J5 and glad I did.Lovely phone that is very easy to use and has great features like fingerprint recognition which I love as I'm always forgetting passwords.Its sleek and very smooth running . Only negative is I put mg sd card in but I can't find it or anything that is on it so working on that one. All in highly recommended
