Creamunicorn 

Creamunicorn have very poor business practices with customer satisfaction. They do not give you the necessary information needed before ordering and then it shows up in the package after you order that you may have sizing issues because of where products are made.
They use 24hservice.vip for issues who try to wheel and deal with you on a refund (ie. refund $4U.S on a $47.76 purchase) expecting you to send the item back to China at your expense.

Terrible, terrible company to deal with.
Stay clear of them if you don't want to get ripped off.
Businesses like this should be shut down!!!

Like other people I bought some shoes following a Facebook ad not knowing they were based in Singapore. It wasn't until after I bought the shoes that they added an extra £4 without me agreeing to pay this extra money. I raised a dispute via PayPal and eventually got the money back. I waited about a month for the shoes to arrive - from USA - and they were horrible. The fit was just terrible, slightly short in length and REALLY big on the upper. I immediately emailed asking how to send back for a refund, being emailed back that it was out of office hours and someone would get back to me within 12 hours. No-one ever has despite me sending emails every day. I'm going to do what someone else has done and go via PayPal to get a refund. I repeat what someone else has said - AVOID AVOID AVOID!

awful, i ordered some country boots back in november, an still havent received them they sent tracking but it hasnt updated since december, i have emailed and they just keep saying theyll be in touch with an update shortly once theyv contacted the shipping company, and that delays happen. i have now got my money back through my bank as a charge back thankfully. but they had no intention of sending the boots but anyone buying from them should be covered either through their bank or paypal but honestly it isnt worth the hasle to buy anything from them !

Ordered boots in November- nothing has arrived. Have been told by Creamunicorn it is shipping problem- 3 times have been told item has been shipped! Have requested refund and escalated to claim through PayPal. Money was paid to StarCraft limited and additional tax and shipping charges were added that were not clear on online checkout. Suspect this is scam- feeling duped and wish I had read reviews. Don’t order anything from these Instagram adverts

I ordered boots back in November it is now March and they still haven’t arrived. This company just keep sending me a tracking number I have asked many times for a refund but they will not give me one. I am in the process of reporting them. I paid extra money for the boots which was just added on without asking me for shipping and taxes so they cost me quite a lot of money and still haven’t arrived. A very unsatisfied customer.

Idiotically, I purchased some boots via a facebook ad. I did check the website they said was selling them, which purported to be a family-owned UK-based company sending from UK with a straightforward returns process. This is wrong: they are China-based, and the name of the company on the website is not Cream Unicorn; I was also charged £6 tax which did not appear on the order confirmation email. Product took a long time to arrive, with tracking emails that continued long after it had been delivered. When it dis - what a joke! The boots look like dress-up dolls clothes - they do sort of look like the ones advertised, but colour is wrong, they stink of chemicals, are PVC not the leather advertised, the soles are thinner - they are cheap copies of the product pictured. They go back and forth with you, refusing to refund; eventually after exchanging maybe 50 (often bizarre) emails with them, I raised a dispute via Paypal and got a full refund. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!

Absolute disgrace that this company is allowed to trade BUYER BEWARE!
I took up this companies false advertising and poor quality products with PayPal and fortunately I received a refund.

This company Schussey are total rip off DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM as previous reviewer stated my boots arrived after 2 months they were toxic smelling and terrible quality totally different to website. I paid to send these back in November 2021 by recorded delivery to Barcelona. Apparently still haven't arrived although tracker says arrived in customs in December 2021. I don't believe a word they say in their emails. They just keep you hanging on. Total con men. Steer clear & save yourself a lot of bother. Would give no stars.

I would give zero stars really ordered riding boots early November arrived January after a world tour according to tracking. Poor quality boots arrived stinking of glue like fresh made will give them a month to live....emailed several times to cancel order was told to hang on they are on the way...would not hear of a refund so DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

This company is not one that you want to deal with in ANYWAY.
I sent off for a pair of boots costing £39.99 weeks went by no boots just tracking information the boot were at this or that location, when they finally arrived we were surprised to have been sent a cheap small LED tree and a very small dehumidify? WE CONTACTED THEM NO HELP all they kept saying was it had been delivered???

One star is too many! Ordered boots on 11 December. Started chasing the company 1 month after ordering. Firstly couldn’t find my order. Yesterday (19 Jan) sent me a screenshot that they had been delivered to me on 6 Jan!! Obviously not been. They blamed my family, my neighbours, the post office for stealing them from me. Now reading the reviews they would have been cheap rubbish anyway. I hope my £41 keeps them warm at night. Wish I had read reviews before paying. Need to research dodgy companies before paying over hard earned cash. Lesson for myself!

This was a stupid impulse buy off a Facebook ad. To start with they added £1.81 shipping insurance then added a paypal fee of nearly £8. When you look at the terms and conditions it then says you are responsible for any customs charges which panicked me until they arrived nearly 4 weeks later. Thankfully there were no extra charges but could have been depending on your post office.

The boots were man made not leather. They fitted ok but definitely are not waterproof and the sole came away from the boot within 3 wears. Judging by the reviews on here I am not going to pursue a refund as it will just wind me up with a 90% chance of getting nowhere. They do not issue an invoice so Paypal would not even look at it.

Don’t fall for it, cheap nasty rubbish.

if I could give no stars I would, I ordered a black pair of pumps which are so badly made, I contacted them an apparently due to there guidelines they can't offer a refund. They offered me 3.00 as a gesture of good will. I'm absolutely fuming 😡😡😡

Cheap rubbish
I ordered a pair of boots in Nov 21 arrived 16th Jan 22.
To say i was disappointed is an understatement. The boots are unwearable. Cant get them on and they are cheap plastic pretend leather.
I asked for a refund , they replied that is what i ordered, i have to keep them.
This firm needs inspection, they are breaking trading standards not offering refunds.
Do not order from them 😒

Avoid like the plague, when and if the items arrive they are of the lowest quality possible made from inferior materials.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company. High quality goods they are not! Ordered boots and to say they are cheap rubbish is an understatement. Certainly not leather, definitely not waterproof and far from elegant. Nothing like the picture advertised! Avoid at all cost unless u have money to waste!

Hi, purchased a jacket according to the size chart that is part of the product description. When the jacket arrived and I tried it on it was definitely not in accordance with the description. It was a lot smaller than described. I contacted Creamunicorn and they refused to replace it. Do not purchase from Creamunicorn!!!
