Seriously don’t waste ur time. Had 6 replacements as we tested the tags they malfunctioned many times I gave up and cancelled. It’s a good idea in theory but crumb needs to sort out the issues then they’d have a good product. Air tags are better!

Once the crumb tag arrived it was easy to activate it with simple directions. And delivery was fast!

I like that the company will call local vets and shelters to make sure that renea is ok.

This is the second time I have asked for a replacement tag for my dog. We walk on nature trails with other dogs and they all go off trail and roughhouse. Inevitably, the tag gets caught on something and we notice it is missing when we get home. The tag gets replaced for free, no questions asked. This is an awesome site and I will keep dealing with them.

Fantastic service I honestly cannot argue with what they do, thankfully I've never had to use the service for reporting my own dog missing. I do get reports of local animals that have gone missing and keep an eye out for them. Just had to order a replacement tag for my dog, no fee and no hassle. First class

Lost Phoebe's tag by accident, excellent replacement service. I feel very vulnerable without Phoebe's Crumb tag, it really gives me piece of mind.

So easy to add to phone and peace of mind that if he was lost my furbaby would be found. And i also have my son intrested and has ordered his tag for his furbaby.

Very good idea but missold in the fact it is advertised as free only postage to pay. The tag arrives then you fill in all the details no mention of cost until you get to the Activate button. Luckily I read on before activating and was surprised to read £9 a month. Be honest and upfront makes me question if it actually works as you say as can't trust how you get people to activate!!

How easy to set up. Peace of mind to know if my pet was lost how much help there is to find him again. Definitely like belonging to a family.

Baxter’s tag has already helped us to find him twice. The neighbors were impressed with it too. Using the app is simple and I truly appreciate the free replacement tag that I just requested because his came up missing on his last little excursion. Thanks, Nick

Oh boy. I ordered a key tag 2 months ago for my new dog. It said it was delivered and I never got it (i checked the delivery address and it’s correct). No biggie. I asked for a replacement…. Never got it. So now I’ve been getting charged for a service I never even got to use. Now.. when I emailed them about a refund their response was “just cancel you subscription and you won’t be charged again”. Um no that’s not what i requested. I requested a refund for all charges of 2 months considering I never got this stupid tag. In the email… they referred to me as “Katie” when my real name is in my actual email address AND I signed my emails with my correct name “Lindsay”. Who tf is Katie and how did you get that name? Overall just terrible experience. Never use them. Listen to the reviews because I wish I did.

What a rip off paid 3 pound delivery for my dog tags and unless you then pay premium price (which isn't mentioned in the adds ,) you are basically getting the same asn you do with a normal dog tag , might have guessed if its to good to be free then theres a hidden fee

Amazing product which gives extra peace of mind.

I love how easy it was to set this up, and it is such a great idea. I feel happy that Salty is safe with his information there to help find him if he ever got lost.
