Bought our first hot tub from Kiwi spas 10 years ago and having just moved, we now a brand new one! Paul has always been fantastic, trained us up on maintaining the hot tub and on the rare occasion there has been a query he has always popped over to see us. We have recommended Kiwi to friends who have also been delighted. There is no hard sell, just a great quality product that lasts and brilliant after sales service.

First time we have booked through BR and had an amazing cottage that met all expectations and beyond. Booking was easy, payment easy and comms easy. Cottage was absolutely superb, will definitely book again through BR, really impressed

Very, very weird. Purchased £250 worth of goods and all payed by PayPal, no problems. However, a strange email turned up requesting driving licence/passport info via email. Smacked of SCAM so we emailed to ask why, no response. We then phoned and asked why they need our highly personal info - the operator could not answer our questions. All very odd. So purchased though John Lewis - no problems whatsoever. Just beware as there was no valid reason given for confirmation of personal info, very, very odd.

It is quite obvious that the properties are Unique not the clients renting them. Very disappointed with the service this time, we have had very good service over the years, however there is no one to actually complain to and therefore TA is the only access. Don’t let complacency get the better of you UHS.

Company bank accounts held with HSBC for last 10 years. Waiting over 2/3 hours on helpline - calls not answered. Staff working from home completely inefficiently (they are worse than useless - giving false information to get you off the phone, if you manage to actually get through) leaving small companies like ours desperate but Mr Quinn is banking his £108k a month obviously without a care in the world .....says it all.

Words fail me ........ one of worlds biggest banks .......
Imagine there will still be bonuses given to the management though ....... appalling .

All l want to do is speak to someone but hours of waiting on the line and nothing. You cannot email them, contact them and they have taken my £70k and used it incorrectly. It is appalling. How can they get away with this ?

Um, am surprised that you have asked me to comment. I am still waiting for my plants having only received 6 of a large order. Am hoping that I can respond more positively in the future but at present, bit disappointed. Am happy to wait but would have preferred to have been kept in the loop especially as £250 was a huge investment for only 6 plants, so far.

If only all transactions in life were this easy ..... This is our second kitchen from Andy, who again was incredibly patient with us and informative as to what he thought we were looking for, which we really appreciated! The ordering and delivery was simple and timings exact. We now have a faux concrete kitchen with matching base units and work top with lights underneath - it looks fantastic, warm and is very forgiving ! Perfect. Thanks to Andy and the team at Chi who were all delightful. We will be in to see you soon.

Thank you for asking for our feedback. We still have the faulty, sink delivered in an open box, dumped on the front drive with all the wastes etc missing waiting for your collection - which should have happened a week ago. Appalling product and even worse customer service. Glad you asked ?

We went into Southampton store today with the intent to spend £20,000 on a new kitchen, cooker and white goods. Despite the fact that there were plenty of staff (standing around chatting to each other) no one, I repeat, not one member of staff approached us. Look at your CCTV - smart couple midday 8th November. Watch us stand behind the till looking at the fridge/freezers and three staff talking amongst themselves. Fed up with lack of attention we went to the lighting department. Disgusting shelves with a commercial cleaning product left out unattended. Health and safety issue here. Had a child played with this, where would JLP stand? Check your CCTV for evidence. What is your managing director doing - read these reviews. This store, along with Chichester is a disgrace. No wonder JLP is losing money, you have lost your way.

Second purchase from Atlantic Signs, again absolutely delighted! The website is great, making it easy to design your own sign, communications are excellent and the delivery is monitored and recorded so you know exactly when the goods arrived. If only all online companies could be this brilliant. We will be ordering again soon and in the meantime, thank you Atlantic Signs for great service.

Purchased two sofas - delivery guys were delightful however they realised that the legs on sofa was wrong so they phoned customer service there and then. CS agreed to send me two new legs. Nothing. I phoned a couple of weeks later to request legs . Nothing. I left a review on JLP website - not published. I have had to spend £60 getting a carpenter to replace legs so we can actually sit on the sofa so now it’s fit for purpose - but no thanks to JLP. Disgraceful service. Am surprised that JLP can afford to be so complacent bearing in mind their financial status.

Absolutely delightful guys delivered and erected shed. They were so helpful - offering to change angle base of shed to suit us better. Did a brilliant job and left the area tidy and shed is fantastic. Will definitely use Ace Sheds again and have already recommended them. Thank you.
