We’ve been decorating a room and wanted sone new furniture. Neptune is such a lovely store and Cambridge is our nearest. On this occasion Sarah was very helpful as we weren’t 100% sure what we wanted (and actually one item we had considered wasn’t right when we saw it in reality). But with Sarah’s help we’ve chosen furniture, a rug and a lamp, so looking forward to delivery and hope it all comes together as hoped.

Visited Neptune Cambridge looking for some new furniture. As well as it being a gorgeous showroom, the staff were lovely and so helpful, even letting us move items from floor to floor to see how they worked together. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of the assistant who helped us. Furniture is being delivered next week - can’t wait!

We went to buy garden furniture. We had researched online and thought we knew what we wanted but wanted to see/feel/sit on it first! We actually decided in a different range having seen it in store. Very nice store, staff were really helpful. Good to have a disabled toilet. Unfortunately I’m currently a wheelchair user (temporarily). There are a number of steps in the store, luckily I can manage a few steps but couldn’t go upstairs. This was a shame as we are also looking for a new bed.

I eventually found it by traipsing round neighbours until I recognised the door in Yodel’s phot.

On time, pleasant and efficient

My mother is 92, hard of hearing, snd a bit of a “worrier”. She hadn’t had an eye test since before lockdown and is now housebound. The optician (sorry I don’t remember his name) was friendly and efficient. He spoke clearly to her & explained everything. It was a very good appointment and we are looking forward to her receiving her new glasses.

I wanted to make a withdrawal from my personal pension in order to take some tax free income (ie to maximise my personal allowance) before the end of the tax year. I was told that I was too late by a couple of days, and I was disappointed that the deadline had not previously been made clear to us on previous communications.
Jasmine escalated my concerns to a senior team member, and they managed to “pull some strings” so that I can get the money before the end of the tax year. Although not a large amount, every little helps in the current climate. Jasmine then talked me through the procedure whilst I was on the app, so that I was confident that I’d done it all properly. Jasmine was very friendly, polite and helpful throughout.

I bought one item and was very impressed so I bought a second matching item. Delivery was quick and when stated, they unpacked and took away the (plentiful!) packaging and the products were perfect and very good quality.

Really pleased with my prints. Huge choice of designs, with choice of size and frame, plus delivery in a few days.

Love my new Pebble Slate Grey bedside tables. Very well made, I particularly like the curved corners. Delivered promptly and very good value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this range.
