Good except for drawer runners
The bedside table was delivered promptly. Assembly was fairly straightforward. finished table looks good
The downside is the extremely poor runners on the drawers. They make the drawers stiff to open and close. They let down an otherwise good product.

This is the first time we have bought furniture on line as we always like to see the product before we buy it.
Everything went well with the online purchase very easy to complete.

Not worth the money. Flatpack hell
Ordered over the bank holiday. Delivery exceptional, however the quality of the product. DOES NOT LIVE UPTO EXPECTATIONS.
Instructions hard to understand, and had i realised it was flat packed I would have returned it back without unpacking. Reason why, the draw did not goood in the cabinet correcting the hinges as cheap plastic fittings it cheap chinese product!!! My advice revirew your product suppliers.

I ordered a wardrobe that arrived in 2 boxes.
1 box, items were damaged, I took pictures I emailed straightaway for replacement, and the saga goes on! 2 large heavy boxes have taken over my home for weeks
I've requested a refund now due to lack of communication and no replaced goods.
They keep telling me they are waiting for an update from the warehouse.
Customer service is poor they don't get back to you.
I've phoned countless times.
Worst of it all they won't give money back until they collect first.
They've had my money since 17th August 2026.
