Excellent customer service and products
We purchased online 2 narrow side tables, a large coffee table and a small console table from the Edinburgh Range. We wanted the furniture delivered earlier than stated as we were moving into our new home. Karen at our local shop in Canterbury was fantastic in helping us arrange an earlier pick up from their store in time for our move. Lara (I think that was her name) in customer services was also fantastic and arranged for the items to be delivered to store. When we collected from store we also picked up a number of other items, as they had so many beautiful things. The furniture was well packaged and easy to assemble. Great quality and look superb in our livingroom.

We had a new chairs delivered…
We had a new chairs delivered yesterday. Shane and Joe were friendly and as helpful as they could be. The dogs took to them and just wanted cuddles. Which were dished out freely. As always with Neptune a fabulous experience.

Highly recommend
Ordered the Overton large framed wall art from Neptune which we saw in the Bath store.
The order arrived before the due delivery date & we are so pleased with it. It’s very striking. It was very well protected for delivery.
Callum & Ryan were gents on the day of delivery & were very polite, helpful & respectful of our property.
Neptune as always, have again lived up to their reputation.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Showroom staff in Reading (itself a beautiful showroom) were most helpful in helping us select ideal products for our needs. Order timelines were clearly explained (and stuck to) and delivery was efficient. Shane and Lee W, the delivery team unboxed, placed items in our desired locations and cleared away all packing materials.
I would highly recommend.

Love the Matilda chairs I bought
Love the Matilda chairs I bought, they are exactly as you describe. The 2 delivery chaps went over and above to deliver and put in place. When they first arrived they could not find my chairs but after delivering a mother load further on they found my chairs, they turned around and returned to my home to fulfil the delivery within the hour. So helpful, friendly and extremely professional.
