From first entering tjr store we were impressed with the lay out and range of products. The product specialist Andrew Rae was articulate knowledgable and very helpful. The delivery staff were amazing, very polite, helpful and respectful. We are very happy with our purchases.

Impressed with the acknowledgement when I walked into the shop. Given time on my own to observe what I wanted. Then after awhile Matt introduced himself and answered all my queries with regard to settees and all the options. A very good overall experience, good quality suff throughout that's why I purchased there. Thank You Matt for your professional help.

I placed an order with furniture village on Sunday, 2 days later my item went into the black Friday sale with an additional £200 off. I contacted customer services and was connected with China who offered applying the additional credit to my purchase. China was very helpful and informative as well as responsive in timely manner. Ti was appreciated.

Absolutely brilliant all the way through. From going in and paying on Saturday and reviewing the mattress by today! That’s 5 days! Gutted the mattress I bought comes with two pillows and cheaper than what I paid right now though…

Jobie, kalman and Jamaine delivered my sofa set and yet again were so considerate with moving it in the doorways and room, they are polite and hard working. If only all delivery workers were like these lads

My husband and l have a brilliant experience.

Syan was very friendly and knowledgeable, and showed us all the available coverings for our bar stools so we could make an informed selection of what we actually wanted. Our current bar stools were form Furniture Village and have served us well and lasted 10 years (the fake leather is now coming off)!

I have had to cancel an order but they have told me i have to forfeit my deposit and wont refund ...bw ver careful when ordering this ia nor explained and.was not exolained at the time

We were helped greatly by the store manager Ian Hereward who was very patient with us as we tried to decide on a sofa and colour, even allowing us to change our mind on the model the next day. He then gave a us a very good deal

What an amazing level of customer service. Had a problem with a damaged item and had contact from the customer care team within 24 hours to arrange a replacement direct to home rather than having to collect from store. What a refreshingly easy process rather than having to haggle and wrangle. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ipswich Store and many thanks to Paige P in Customer Care for her help, efficiency and professionalism.

The Installation team from Furniture Village were very professional and careful to not cause any damage to our home, when bringing the separate packages in for the two Reclining Settees that we bought. They were also very good about explaining how they were assembled and tested them to check all the functions.

Staff were very good gave you space when browsing, very helpful and knowledgeable. Shop well stocked and had what we required. Very easy shop.
