We had a great experience buying our new sofa. A huge thank you to Morgan, who made everything feel easy from start to finish. He listened to what we wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. We’re really grateful.

Helpful, really good experience

We were welcomed by Jackie and guided around the whole range of mattresses. She was straight forward and helpful, thorough in explaining e differences of what we are about to buy. She let us try all sorts and we eventually found THE ONE. Really good experience

The one and only Naz @Leeds

The one and only Naz @Leeds was wonderful. We felt so welcomed from the first time we met Naz. He allowed us to browse the store, try out a few sofas and determined what we were looking for without hoovering and without feeling like we were being rushed. When we came to the store and Naz was not working, we knew we had to have Naz complete our sale with the care and attention he did from our first interaction.
We are so appreciative for Naz having our Normandy sofa sorted.

Thank you so much to Humaira at the Merry Hill store for all her help. Great knowledge and no pressure made purchasing a lovely experience. She makes a fabulous hot chocolate too.

Spent the day sofa shopping

Spent the day sofa shopping, came across NCF Living. Definitely the most comfortable sofas on the retail park. The store manager Ash looked after us and we came away with what we were looking for. Super happy with the service and really looking forward to chilling on the new sofa

Reallly good experience with NCF…

Reallly good experience with NCF living, special mention to Raj and Nijo; both really helpful and professional and made sure everything was sorted, we bought really nice sofas with a good deal, really impressive customer service and communication from start to finish. Thurrock Lakeside
