Unusual helpful salesman

I don't know if my wife has submitted a review, but just in case she didn't we visited your Swansea store and spoke to Josh the salesman who dealt with us certainly deserved a mention. He didn't force himself on us but when we spoke to him he was a mind of information. He knows what he's talking about and did not waffle about unnecessary information. We are still a bit undecided but will definitely return to Josh once the decision is made.

The delivery person opened the main…

The delivery person opened the main door of the house prior to ringing the bell. I did explain to him that he had done wrong but insisted he had not opened the door. This was witnessed by my wife. Hope he learned a lesson.
