Purchased furniture from Gateshead Metro site, very helpful staff, couldn't do enough to help! The order details for delivery were relayed the next day and there was plenty of choice of days. When the delivery arrived Dave A and Paul Y were very helpful and cheerful, they took all the rubbish away and moved the furniture where it was required. Could highly recommend for service!

Brilliant experience shopping with B&S from starting in their Hull store and the unhurried, courteous and very helpful staff through to Joe and Wojeioch delivering and assembling the sofa where we wished it placed. 100% brilliant from start to finish.

I had a problem with some chairs I ordered from Barker and Stonehouse . They were faulty and needed assembling (despite being advertised as fully assembled).
However when I spoke to Honey at After Sales she was so helpful and understanding and solved my problem. I went from dissatisfied to satisfied and now feel better about buying from B&S.

Davey and Jason called us to say they were on the way with our new suite. They are polite, friendly and very helpful. They appreciated that we had removed the lounge door to make entry easier. They offered to replace it for us. Heavy armchairs were expertly manoeuvred through tight doorways with great care. Excellent service.

Amazing Sofas, delivered with great professionalism by Gary & Levi from the Norwich depot

Lucas and Wojciech just delivered a bed to me, first man through door removed his shoes and they did this several times while bringing boxes in. They were extremely pleasant and negotiated the house bringing boxes in with ease. Excellent professional service. I didn’t realise a Rothbury bed would come in so many boxes though, just a little shock!
