I gave this score because I phoned to enquire about the fabric and was given the wrong information, I was also given the wrong information about returning the tops. However I must say the Customer Care department deserve 5 stars for their help in sorting refunds out for me. Not enough information is given by presenters regarding what fabric items are made of.

Delivery chap arrived within time window, rang the bell and waited for me to go to the door, and had a smile on his face

I was informed that one of the items I ordered on my last order was out of stock before the order was dispatched yet it was still for sale online for about a week afterwards, and the other item was a T shirt in a different colour but the same style as one I already had and even though it was the same size was smaller than the one I already have, I kept it though as it is a very pretty colour and I can get into it, although I prefer garments to have a bit of room.

Delivered to porch, all fine but it would be nice if the delivery driver rang the bell to let me know it had been delivered.

I bought this heated gilet for my son who works in a cold environment and he is very pleased with it. I hve only given it 4 stars though as the battery pack only lasts for about two and a half hours before it needs recharging. He has bought an additional battery pack from Amazon which lasts longer and now has enough power to heat the gilet all day.

Bought three pairs of footwear in the Pavers sale, really good value. Not many stools to sit to try on the shoes though.

Bought as presents these are really useful gifts and being a TSV an excellent price as well. Really speedy delivery too.

This is the first time I have ever seen a flat sheet and matching duvet set, very pleased as I always use a flat sheet on my bed. Speedy delivery so I didn't have to wait too long. Looks and feels luxurious.

Found exactly what I was looking for, a flat pair of sliders to wear as slippers during the summer.

I ordered RJ's moss killer which is this month's gardening pick so it was a special price. Ordered on Tuesday, delivered on Thursday! You can't ask for better service than that. I have scattered it on the grass and just need some rain now to start it working.

I went into the store to look for a pair of shoes to wear for the spring that were not too heavy and found some that weren't actually a trainer but made of fabric with a zip up the front - icredibly comfortable and have worn them lots of times already. I also bought a very pretty pair of mocassins that were in the sale, ideal for summer.

Order came very quickly, unfortunately I had to return one item because of the colour but the jumper fits lovely

The price was very competetive and the young lady I spoke to was able to answer my queries easily and quickly. As this is the first time I have insured with yourselves then time will tell how well you perform.

I purchased this Cozee Home throw when it was on TSV. It is a lovely blue but slightly darker than it looked on screen, quite weighty too, but it certainly does keep you warm! I have given it four stars because I cannot understand why a TSV should be on waitlist, it was delivered weeks after ordering. If the stock is not available then the TSV should wait until it is before being aired.

Once Evri has the parcel it is always delivered very quickly and you are advised at every step where the parcel is, but I do wish the courier would ring the door bell to let me know he has made a delivery.

I couldn't find the last Penny Vincenzi book that I hadn't read in the charity shops so I looked online and discovered you! You had the book I wanted at a very reasonable price including postage, I was over the moon and have recommended you to a friend who has ordered two books from you. We are both very happy!

Would have been five stars if he had rung the bell to let me know he was there.
