It took so long to just try to make a payment that I nearly gave up several times but I didn't want any charges added!
However the actual merchandise is very good and there are great offers too.

This company could do better if they changed their delivery company the delivery from Evri is awful the last two parcels I was expecting was delivered to the wrong address,I had to go searching for them around the neighbourhood

Three dresses ordered and they were far too small. So returned then found out I would be having the return postage amount deducted from my refund! When measuring the items they didn't even measure an 18 let alone a size 20 absolute rubbish! Will not be buying anything again from this company.
I was advised to contact the company for the postage refund but as yet not heard anything or been refunded.

Not happy with the online account at all as it is very difficult to understand and keep track of any orders and charges and makes you wonder if you are being scammed.
On a positive, you can at least speak to someone about this and you do actually receive the goods.
Damart team - It should be easy to see what has been bought so that I can keep track of things that my elderly family have ordered.

My order was delayed and was delivered today by Evri who are SLOW. The jeans were not suitable as they arrived too late and the fabric was markedly different to what I had bought before in the same style. Denim was too heavy and I returned the parcel this afternoon at Richmond Post Office. I would like a refund for this purchase. I would point out that Evri's current driver for my area is slapdash and parcels are being dumped outside the building - this is the second such occurrence in the past week or more.
