I needed some WC parts that were not stocked in regular outlets and I was very pleased that BSP had a very wide range of stock which made ordering the parts I needed from one place very easy. The parts and delivery were very reasonably priced and were received in good time; even with standard delivery. I have used BSP before, and will definately continue doing so.

Attended a training day presented by Adam Turner and Richard Hayes on 29th April. The venue and quality of the presentation was fantastic and it was great to learn more about the extensive range of pumps and systems. Stuart Turner Pumps have been my only go-to pumps for quite some time now and I very much look forward to being listed on their Approved Installer list.

Scammers - BEWARE. Ordered a tap from this company in December 2025. No answers to my email or telephone enquiries asking when I am likely to receive the item. In the end I cancelled the item (before having received any dispatch information from them). It is now the end of January and I have still not received a refund from them and no communication from them at all. I have now asked my bank to intervene and carry out a 'Chargeback'.

Stay well clear - you have been warned.

Purchased some white soil pipe and fittings and was very happy with the cost and quality of the products. These were very well packages and delivered promptly with care. Customer services were also very quick in responding to an enquiry. Woukd definitely use again.

Still very pleased with the multiple products I purchase from Plumbworld. Rarely have anything go wrong but on the rare occasion where something has happened beyond their control, they always sort it out promptly and without any fuss.

Had the pleasure of being served by Rebecca today at the Kings Lynn shop. I had brought my mother in for a pair of shoes, who can be quite challenging at times. Rebecca measured up mums feet and provided her with an excellent choice of appropriate footwear, all the time showing a high degree of patience and courtesy. We purchased a lovely pair of shoes and was more than happy to purchase other items that Rebecca suggested which included some leather treatment spray and a long handled shoe horn. Rebecca is a real credit to Clarks. She shows excellent customer service, combined with very good client-centred sales skills. Well done Rebecca and many thanks.
