Frustrated by other Insurance companies

After being frustrated by my attempts to access another Insurance company, whose system always seemed to be down for maintenance, I was very impressed with the speed, efficiency and flexibility of your on-line system with which I could set up my in insurance with you today.

Competitively priced

Competitively priced and easy to use website. I have used them for a number of years but fortunately never had to make a claim under the policy so I am unable to comment on that.

A joke of an insurance comapany

I paid a hefty landlord insurance to find out that Simply business gives you a stack of exclusions - too long a list to keep in mind all the exclusions - then when things go wrong with your tenant - for sure one of the Simply business exclusions does not cover the tenants damages!!
I lost 14K in damages and not a penny from Simply business - not to mention the legal side of Simply Business - Arag Law.
Arag -Law has started a case against my ex-tenant and after 7 months!!!! I still have no response from Arag_law. Arag Law messed me about keeping me "warm" so they continue getting paid my monthly premium!!
Sure - the people who answer the calls are outstanding , they give you hope, but sadly it goes downhill after the call.
They are a big company and hard and waste of time to take to court....best, don't buy their products!

Not trustworthy

I signed up with a cashback offer. Despite it tracking correctly, Simply Business refused to pay it. I have lost trust in Simply Business and would not recommend them.
