Roca cistern parts
First of all the parts were sent very soon after order, with no waiting time for them to arrive, and secondly they were correct thanks to some very clear illustrations on the firm’s website. Altogether excellent!

If I could rate zero
If I could rate zero - I would. I waited over six months to get the answer that the part I need has been discontinued. This is after they sent me the wrong part because of recommendations from the manufacturer of the tap and incorrect images on the bathroom spare parts website. They claim they never received the part I sent back, so not only am I not getting the part that I waited months for, I am out the cost of the item they had misrepresented on their website.
Such bad customer service.
Also, this tap is less than 9 years old. Which means there is no support of a high end tap after, what 2-3, maybe 5 years??? I might as well buy cheap stuff from China, at least then I would expect it to break in less than 10 years.

Reliable
We bought 2 bathroom parts and unfortunately 1 was damaged on arrival. We sent an email and a replacement was sent straight away and arrived the following day. The company was very reliable and we will use them again in the future if needed.
