I called Staysure before my policy was due for renewal to let them know I would be on holiday. I received a message while on holiday saying they couldn't renew my policy. I called Staysure and the card details they read over the phone were not my details. I am very dissatisfied as I did not make any changes and would like to know how random card numbers were used by Stansted to collect funds from my bank.
