This was my first purchase from Ruggable and I have been very impressed. The rug was made, dispatched and delivered quicker than the estimated delivery date. The colour was as depicted on the website and both that and the pad both of excellent quality. My granddaughter marked it with a felt tip pen and this easily blotted off without the need for washing. All in all a 10/10 experience.

Being unable to get the item I wanted in England I used StockX to locate a seller who was in the US. Ordered Thursday afternoon and received Monday lunchtime! The speed and efficiency justified the cost of postage. Fully informed of all stages of the process. Crocs received are genuine and brand new as described and no import duty added on receipt. My daughter is a UK 6 and looking at the measurements we ordered a US M8 which are a perfect fit. So heads up for UK buyers, make sure you measure and don't get caught out by the difference in US to UK sizing. Highly recommended for those hard/impossible to find items.

I received notification that no one was in when delivery was attempted....I was in and no attempt had been made what so ever! When I did receive the 'proof' of attempted delivery the photo was not of my address but clearly had a thumb or hand over most of the lens but you could also see some of the van windshield and interior. The location pinned on the map was also not my address but a small retail park carpark approximately 1.5 miles away with fast food outlets. Clearly the driver had decided to miss my delivery out for whatever reason. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Delivery updates prior to and on the day of delivery were very good with me also being able to track the delivery in real time. My delivery arrived promptly at 13.45 (delivery slot 13.45-15.45) Both men were friendly and happily carried the 4 very large and heavy packages to the bottom of the back garden for me.
