As a cyclist I've been using Sealskinz products for many years. On one ride my cycling socks let in water. Contacting Sealskinz produced a claim form which was easy to complete; photo and what issue was. Next day i received credit to spend on website to order replacement. Only disappointment was couldn't get same colour, but better to have dry foot i think. Great service, great products & speedy conclusion

AO cheapest by far, (£20 less than any other) delivered free within 24 hrs, unbelievably good. At last Amazon couldn't match this.... Samsung Android Tablet A9 . Needed for car ecu diagnostic testing.

Recently I made a couple of enquiries with this retailer re a belt i'd being attempting to find at right price in UK. In america it is $37 about £29 but shipping adds another £60 so finding it here at around £45 i thought good value but it was the wrong size. I checked with them the fittings construction and seemingly as press studs, i considered it would be.I bought and altered to smaller size all successful, so very pleased. Speedy delivery, well packed and signature required, all reasonably priced. Well done.

After being let down by another online retailer, i turned to High On Bikes which indicated item in stock. When ordering an extra 10% off black friday applied so i saved money. Fast delivery arriving on the monday. Fantastic service, great price, always good.

I occasionally help friends with minor repairs. A freehub repair required new bearings & Bikeparts were best price along with Fawkes. I chose Bikeparts as postage £2.95, Fawkes £3.95. I input the bearing on laptop but in error ordered one instead of 2, on the Saturday. Emailed them & a digital assistant helpfully indicated issue would be sorted snd they would combine orders saving me extra postage. When i saw only one bearing was being sent i contacted customer support, but no record of my emails! I sent copies but appears 24hr delay in replying, so i just ordered another! They were sent "tracked 24" but the delay in sending ment further delay, but nowhere near what happened. Finally the 2nd bearing i ordered arrived the following Sunday 6 days after order & the 1st bearing arrived on the following Monday 8 days after order! Whilst it wasn't all bikeparts issue the poor service and delays in sending was frustrating. On a positive note i requested claiming for postage & this was refunded. Its just embarrassing to do a job and not deliver within anticipated timescales. As a footnote i ordered a broken race puller from Scotland on the Monday, it was posted same day & arrived Tuesday 1st class post, free postage! I previously had more confidence in bikeparts & their other alias; wooly hat shop, but it got dented by this experience. They just need to get parts posted same day when ordered before 2....not much to expect, especially when fighting the bezos lot for business

This was the second pair of spectacles i had reglazed, following the success of them doing my Ray Bans. The pair i wanted glazed were Oakley Bat Flip and the follow up from Sarina was exemplary. Turnaround was within a week and just loving them. I use varifocals and the choice of their top end lens make viewing distance and close up so natural. Well pleased.

I'd used reglaze my glasses in the past, then it renamed Lensology. Always happy with them until the ordering and multiple offers made it confusing so i used competitors until this last order. The 20% off dragged me in and the ordering was far more straight forward than in past. The only issue i had was i packaged up my glasses and sent then i saw they wanted photos of me wearing them. The turnaround was relatively short and my first use of them confirmed it was a good choice all around from top varifocal lenses to transitions for driving. Excellent very pleased.

Speedy delivery, quality bars, and very light. I've recently gone to 36cm bars and on a whim I thought I'd buy & put these on another bike, ordered at weekend and they were delivered Tuesday and pleased I did, very comfortable.

After placing order was contacted to arrange day of delivery. Day of delivery went well, friendly, efficient delivery driver. Product was better than expected, but I underestimated how much I would need so will place another order immediately

Exceptional delivery time considering I used free 2-3 days....it was here next day! Had to replace my Cycliq rear camera and price was great for a cheaper MagicShine product but thought it would be good until I get issues sorted. Happy all around

I recommend Military 1st for great quality, speedy delivery and value for money. Love my Viper tops, they also are hard wearing and wash better than anything else I own, coming out almost dry after spin.
