I had a flight booked and needed both…
I had a flight booked and needed both my glasses urgently. The staff were very responsive and obliging. Spoke to Z over the phone and he made sure they were ready and sent out to me immediately. Very grateful and highly recommend. Not to mention the PRICE - unbeatable. Specsavers quoted me £40 per glasses for a small prescription lens change, these guys did it for £16 and for them out to me within days.

There was a slight delay in my order as they said they’d found a scratch when checking before returning . I was going away so needed them by a certain date. They changed my delivery to special at no extra charge and I received a quality product in time . Thankyou

Clear instructions given on how to use the website and when I needed to adjust the order it was sorted easily by a phone call.
I was notified of the process throughout and my newly refurbished spectacles received as predicted.
