I placed an order for next day delivery…
I placed an order for next day delivery to collection at a pick up shop. I was notified it was available to collect by DPD but when went to collect parcel I was told by staff at pickup shop that they couldn’t find my parcel. I am still waiting for my parcel over 4 weeks later. The communication has been poor between all parties involved. I am out of pocket now with no sign of parcel. I thought Military 1st would compensated me by just actually resending me the item I ordered??

A great experience all round!
Ordering was easy, size guide was useful, I just got it wrong! My order arrived exactly on time and was well packaged. I found my coat was too big, but that was my fault. The return process was easy and the return stages notifications were really helpful. My replacement coat came very quickly and is perfect, fits well and wonderful quality, so I am very happy with every stage of the process.
