i purchased this reed diffuser as i’d stayed in a hotel a couple of times and they had them there and smelt divine. Beautiful product and the smell is another level.
These are very pricey and i purchased a smaller diffuser to try it out for myself. I was, however, disappointed about the packaging. I’ve purchased diffusers for a lot less money and their presentation and packaging has been beautiful. with this i felt it had just been shoved in a box and sent. Attention to detail is key. This may seem petty to some but this will stop me repeating my business.

booked this for my son as he was travelling alone and the communication was 1st class, he had to change his flight and it was all sorted with Dama with just a simple text and they replied swiftly
the drivers each journey where friendly and talkative
definitely use again and definitely recommend

i have ordered beds twice now from Susk as the first experience was a good one, plus i have recommended to friends looking for beds
communication was great from start to finish
the product is beautiful and sturdy quality
easy to follow instructions and took my husband just over an hour to build
This bed was a superking Ottoman bed with a winged headboard so. not the easiest of challenges

I have nothing but good things to say about Gum King and mainly there customer service. I have been buying products from them for a few years and never had any problems.
I had to contact them with an order query and they deal with things efficiently and perfectly. they are always extremely helping and friendly, can’t fault them at all.
Wish other retailers would take a leaf out of there book
