IMO Car Wash Reviews 

I think it was very overpriced for a car wash. The finish wasn’t very good. The car was still very dirty so pointless paying the extra for the protective wax.

The service was friendly, and the car wash went smoothly and without any hassle.

Wash wasn't working and the two people who washed my car done a very poor job.

Staff were quick and efficient and look very organised.

Unfortunately, always a job half done.
Plant operators hurriedly sloppy.
After paying £20. I don’t expect to get home to clean up what was missed.
Would you?

My car was poorly washed and did not meet my expectations. Car wash also damages my car will not be going here again. Staff struggle to understand or speak English.

Scratched my car when the roller me rollers stopped mid wash and dropped on my var.had a car. Didn’t clean the wheels well and there was bird muck left on the roof! £13 for a crap job, no thanks..

All good but missed some on rear wings.

Excellent service as usual, love the free wash after you have collected six paid washes.
What stands out from other washes is the personal wash prior to going in the auto part.

I paid £11 for the diamond wax at the Hereford Imo car wash on Saturday. It was an efficient process and there wasn’t much of a queue which made it very quick to pay and get through the car wash. There was a small amount of prewashing by hand with a soapy spray and the jet wash followed the automated wash. I didn’t stop to check how clean the car was when I exited the automatic bit but when I got home I realised that there was plenty of dirt still on the car - especially the windscreen. Obviously the car was cleaner than before but it definitely wasn’t properly clean. I’m not sure what the diamond wax bit did either because it rained the next day and I didn’t notice the rain beading on the car any more than it had before it was washed - unlike when we wash and wax it at home. I think a car wash like this is great when you get the cheapest option and have low expectations, but I can’t tell the difference when I pay more.

Fast, professional car wash. Beautiful finish on the car. Excellent customer service too.

Poor wheel cleaning.. reusable water stinks like sewer you could smell it for hours inside the car

I chose the highest-level car wash package, but there was almost no noticeable difference compared to the other packages. The difference should have been much more significant and clearly noticeable.

I think the people who work there should learn some manners.,a please a thank you cost nothing

Always a great experience at IMO, my go to car wash every time, easy to book, great service at the Blyth carwash always with a smile :)
